Before proceeding further, please take a moment to review the following information:

• You are warmly welcomed to a one-to-one Shamanic Drum Birthing Workshop. I am truly honoured and excited that you have chosen to step into this journey with me and my guides.

• This is a deeply personal and sacred experience, where you will be supported in birthing your own drum — an instrument that will carry your energy, intention, and connection to spirit.

• Please take your time to carefully read through the information below and complete all the required details. This will help me prepare and hold the space in the most aligned and supportive way for you.

All materials used in the workshop are ethically sourced. I work strictly with animal hides, as most vegan alternatives are made from plastics or synthetic materials, which I do not support. My approach is ancestral, bio-degradable and in tune with the traditions of how our ancestors would have made drums - with respect, care, and intention.

This workshop is more than just a craft session. We will create a sacred space to honour the work, inviting guides, ancestors, and spiritual guides to witness and support the process. Each drum will be blessed at the end, infusing it with intention, protection, and creative energy. This is a deeply connective and transformative experience, combining artistry, mindfulness, and spiritual practice. You will leave not only with a drum, but with a tangible connection to ancient wisdom and your own creative and intuitive power.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BELOW:

• We will gather at my place near Loch Meiklie surrounded by the beautiful nature around us.

• Please plan to arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 AM. The latest permitted arrival time is 10:00 AM; guests arriving after this time will not be able to participate in the workshop. We kindly request your punctuality, as the scheduled times are essential to the smooth running of the program.

  
  

CANCELATIONS:

• To be eligible for a deposit refund, please contact me at least 5 days before the workshop. If an unforeseen circumstance arises that is beyond your control, please inform me as soon as possible.

  
  

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• A fully guided Shamanic drum workshop

• Drum beater

• Drum card which explains how to care for your drum and what was customised

• A blessing ceremony at the end

• Snacks, tea, coffee, and water will be provided all day long, but please bring some food for lunch to share.

Workshop Waiver and Release of Liability – Anima Pacha Drums

By participating in the drum workshop hosted by Anima Pacha Drums, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Medical Conditions and Emergency Care

• I affirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities associated with the drum workshop.

• I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations before the workshop.

• If I choose not to disclose such information, I agree that Anima Pacha Drums will not be held responsible for any medical issues or injuries that may arise during or as a result of the workshop.

• In the case of an emergency, I authorise Anima Pacha Drums to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that any associated medical costs are my sole responsibility.

2. Behaviour and Conduct

• I agree to participate in the workshop respectfully and responsibly, ensuring my behaviour does not cause harm, disruption, or discomfort to others.

• I understand that failure to adhere to the expected code of conduct may result in my removal from the workshop without refund.

3. Media Consent and Social Media Use

• (Anima Pacha Drums) will be taking photographs and videos during the workshops. By participating, attendees agree to this, understanding that images may be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. No participant names will be mentioned.

• All data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations, ensuring that personal information is kept secure and used responsibly.

4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

• I acknowledge that participation in any physical or rhythmic activity carries a risk of injury.

• I accept full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur due to my actions, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

• I hereby release and hold harmless Anima Pacha Drums, its facilitators, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal actions arising from my participation in the workshop, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Refund Policy (Deposit)

• To receive a full refund of your deposit, we kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice prior to the scheduled workshop date. This allows sufficient time to offer your space to another participant and to adjust preparation accordingly.

• Unfortunately, cancellations made within less than 5 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and resources will have already been prepared specifically for your place.

• If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. In certain circumstances, we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future date, depending on availability.

• Thank you for your understanding and respect for the time, energy, and preparation that goes into holding these workshops.
